St. Patrick’s Seminary is a Catholic institution dedicated to forming future priests through academic, spiritual, and pastoral development. Amid a senior cabinet transition, the Rector assumed an additional leadership role as local parish Pastor. A new Vice-Rector was appointed to help lead the new team and seminary operations.
The Opportunity
With dozens of projects underway and limited time for coordination, the Seminary needed a structured way for its senior leaders to align, clarify priorities, and surface organizational challenges.
